Dear Folks:

Thank you for coming to this blog.  I am writing this to inform you that I will no longer be doing this blog. It has kind of been a thorn in my side that I never really knew what to write about.  I have tried doing stories about Laguna Beach and then about hair care and then when I moved up to the mountains from Huntington Beach, I thought about doing stories about Yosemite and the surrounding area.  But nothing has seemed to click and I don't have a desire to do this blog anymore because of it.  I would rather devote my time to my two other blogs.  You can check them out at www.yosemiteriverrat.blogspot.com .  This blog is about my growing up years on a mining claim right outside Yosemite Nat'l Park and is something I have thousands of pages worth of memory to write about.  History that I want to see preserved.  My other blog is www.tellasoul.blogspot.com which is about witnessing for the Lord and some help topics for people who have anger problems.  I would like to be instrumental in helping Christians to witness about salvation and then discuss, at times, about what the Bible says about anger for the many people who might struggle in that area of their non-Christian and Christian walk.

The strength of our country is the family and more so, a family consecrated to living a life dedicated to God.  The Bible says that anger is a spirit that can come over a person and control that persons spirit.  Then in Proverbs 25:28 says, He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down and without walls.  Anger can destroy a family and leave it broken down and without walls which can cause a cycle that lasts for generations.  Jesus said that in the end times, the love of many shall wax cold and you only need to turn the nightly news on and see the effects of anger both in Christian and non-Christian homes.

I really want to thank the very few people who have looked at this blog in the past and I want to apologize for not doing more for your reading interests.  I hope that maybe the other two blogs will make up for it and be something you can enjoy reading and possibly learn from and maybe share with others.

Your Friend who is really just a Yosemite River rat,
Bill
